Please complete the form to the best of your ability. Some fields may not apply to your request. If you are not sure what to enter, please leave that field blank. If you wish the interpreter to join you on Zoom Video or another platform, provide the room ID or link (plus password if necessary) if you have it.  Our coordinating staff will contact you if there is any necessary information that is missing.  If loading more than one email address into the “Requester Email” field please separate them with a semicolon.  🙂

If you are a new customer without an established account we will use the information below to email you a service agreement to sign off on.

If you are an established customer we would invite you enter your interpreter request at If you don’t have login credentials or have forgotten them you can click “forgot password” at and enter your username and associated email address to have the system send you a new password link. If you don’t remember either your username or the email address associated with your login just email us for assistance.   If you are not an established customer and fill out this form, we will contact you to communicate pricing and availability once we see the details of your submission.

Interpreter requests submitted through this page are only monitored on weekdays from 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM PST. For EMERGENCY service or requests that need our eyes before the next business day, please submit your request here and ALSO call 1-800-284-1043 x709 or initiate a Chat or Text Message through our website to let us know you just submitted a time sensitive request through our website. 

After clicking “Initiate Job” at the bottom, you will receive an abbreviated copy of your submission to the email address entered in the “Requester Email” field.  In addition to that you will see a pop up indicating the JOB# that was assigned to your submission.  This job number will also appear at the top and bottom of the form.   Please note this job number and reference it when communicating with us.

When submitting multiple single dates it adds 3 blank lines at a time for you to fill in. If not using one of the lines, please click the red X to delete the line before clicking “Initiate Job” or it will block your submission and prompt you to fill in the blank dates and times.
