If you don’t have one or have forgotten your username/password, we can resolve that quickly. It streamlines the process.   If you are not an established customer and fill out this form, we will contact you to communicate pricing and availability once we see the details of your submission. Interpreter requests submitted through this page are only monitored on weekdays during business hours (7:00 AM – 4:00 PM PST). For EMERGENCY or after-hours requests, please submit your request here and ALSO call 1-800-284-1043 x.709 or email stat@getnis.com. This will alert our on-call staff of your need for immediate assistance.

We schedule interpreters who are certified by the Registry of Interpreters for the Deaf (RID), are highly qualified, and have broad experience in a variety of settings.
